At Legacy Tales, we are committed to safeguard your privacy
and protection of your personal information. Ownership of the recording will transfer from
Legacy tales to the Interviewee once FULL payment for the service has been received. We
retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it
was collected. Once fulfilled, all information collected will be deleted. No copy of the
recording will be retained. You may request the deletion at any time by contacting us in the
“Contact Us” section. We do not sell, trade, retain or otherwise share your personal
information with third parties unless authorised by the Interviewee.
